Jacob Nelson

Jacob Nelson has been with OneAutomotive since 2013. He began in sales and worked across BDC, finance, and management before moving into training. His experience across dealership roles gives him a practical perspective on the automotive business and the people who make it work. Nelson believes the business is built on people, relationships, and the experience dealerships create for customers. He is passionate about helping team members grow, build confidence, and gain tools they can put to work immediately. His training is practical, relatable, and engaging, drawing on lessons learned throughout his dealership career. For Nelson, first impressions matter. His goal is for people to leave a training session with something useful that improves their work, strengthens customer relationships, and helps them make an impact every time they step onto the floor.
