Todd Smith has spent his entire career inside auto retail. He has been a salesperson, a finance manager, a general manager, and a dealer principal across new-car franchise stores. He sat in the seat that signs the checks and answers to the OEM. That perspective shapes everything QoreAI builds. Over thirty years, he watched dealerships buy DMS after DMS, CRM after CRM, BI tool after BI tool, and end up no closer to a single answer about the business. Every vendor owned a slice of the data. No one owned the whole story. Decisions still got made on gut and a Monday morning meeting. He wrote The Intelligent Dealership to give operators the playbook for how it should work: a dealer-owned data foundation, a reasoning engine trained on the store's own definitions, and conversational access so the GM does not have to file a ticket to BI. Then he started QoreAI to build it. Today Todd leads QoreAI as founder and CEO. He works with dealer principals and group operators across the United States to deploy QoreCloud, QoreVault, and QoreBlueprint on a 60-day standard timeline, with the dealer owning the lakehouse from day one.
